Dr Ted Arnold Ted studied Medicine at the University of Sydney, graduating in 1972 with a Distinction in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He worked in general practice and administration and in 1982 he received his Masters in Health Education from the University of London.

On returning to Sydney, he commenced general practice in earnest, running a successful prevention orientated practice in Banksmeadow until the late 90's. Joining Executive Health Management in 1999 has allowed him to concentrate on the area of Medicine he finds most rewarding.


Dr. Ted Arnold

Dr Nisha Kendall Nisha graduated from the University of NSW in 1986. She completed the Family Medicine Programme in 1994 and obtained her fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Prctitioners in 1997. Nisha has also undertaken additional training in Community Paediatrics and Women's Health.

She has worked in General Practice in a variety of locations and positions including the Central Coast of NSW, Canberra and Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. In recent years she has been consolidating and expanding her knowledge and expertise in the areas of Women's Health, Preventive Health and Corporate Health.

Nisha has also developed an extensive level of experience in Travel Medicine having treated numerous expatriate clients returning from overseas postings.


Dr Nisha Kendall


Dr Miriam Jaffe. Miriam studied medicine at St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College, London. She graduated in 1991 as a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. During her medical studies, she also completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) 2nd class (Hons.)  at University of London.

In 1994 she received a diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK) and in 1995 a Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning.
She became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1996 and after arriving in Australia she became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Before migrating with her family to Australia in 2006, Miriam was a principal (partner) in a busy General Practice for 9 years. When she arrived in Australia in early 2006 Miriam worked in a General Practice in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs before joining Executive Health Management in May of 2007.

Miriam now spends part of her week with EHM clients and has added another area of expertise and personal interest in health and wellbeing to their attention.

Dr Stephen Jelbart - Medical Director  Dr Stephen Jelbart began his professional career began after graduating from Monash University in 1979. He worked at the Geelong Hospital in Victoria where he gained specialist experience as Pathology Registrar. Stephen is a Nutrition Specialist, has extensive experience in Preventative Medicine, Personal Development and Motivation, Lifecycle Counseling and Stress Management. He has been providing Executive Health Services in Melbourne for the past 25 years.

He is an Assistant Forensic Medical Officer for the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine and has contributed a chapter on Forensic Medicine to "Your Medical Tests" published in 2001. He is the School Medical Officer for Scotch College and was previously the Chief Medical Officer for Aviva Insurance. In 1996 he formalised his interest in nutrition becoming a Fellow of the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.

With his significant experience in the provision of Executive Health Evaluation services, Stephen has taken on the role of Medical Director and has been developing the Executive Health Management business in Melbourne.
